We believe in being honest and fair and want you to be happy with your transaction. We also strive for speedy shipments because we don't want you waiting around for weeks to receive your item(s). Now the only exception to speedy shipment is of course if you purchase a "pre-sale" item which means you've purchased it before it's actually available so that as soon as the product lands in our hands, it is immediately shipped to you, so you can be one of the first to have this item.
