Pre-Order Policy
- All pre-orders have tentative arrival dates. Manufacturers change shipping dates without notice and many times do not notify us of delays.
- When you place an order that has pre-orders and in-stock items the complete order will not ship until the pre-order items arrive in-stock. If you don’t want your full order to be held until the pre-order items arrive, please place a separate order for the in-stock items.
- Pre-orders do require an immediate payment. We understand some customers do not want to be billed until the item is ready to ship, however to provide expedited processing and less stress for Crafts to Favor and our customers we must take payment immediately.
- You can cancel any pre-order before it has been packaged and shipped for a 100% refund. We do ask that if you do place a pre-order to be serious about wanting the item to save time and to keep bookkeeping to a minimum, this way we can keep our prices LOW!
- If your order has multiple pre-order items on it your full order will not ship until all items are in-stock. If the arrival of one or more of your pre-order items has missed its expected arrival date by 2 weeks we will ship the items we have and backorder the other pre-order items. Once the other pre-order/backorder items arrive in-stock we will ship them to you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this service.
- With extremely popular pre-order items we can at times sell out of our initial order with the manufacturer and it can change the arrival date. We watch the order levels closely and if we get close to selling out we get another order into the manufacturer immediately. In instance where this happens the items will be shipped to the customers in the order the purchases were made.
