Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We typically ship within 1 business day of receipt of your order. From the shopping cart you have several shipping options to choose from with USPS and UPS. We try our best to provide an accurate shipping cost for your order. Delivery confirmation is provided on all USPS orders and UPS options always have a tracking number available.
Priority Mail option: Due to variables the shipping calculator cannot distinguish if your order will fit in a USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate envelope or box. If you do choose Priority Mail and we are able to fit your order into a Flat-Rate envelop or box we will provide a refund on the difference you were charged for shipping. This is up to our discretion but we do our best to provide the lowest possible shipping options. We will not know if your item will ship via a Flat-Rate option until we package your order.
Pre-Orders: If you purchase a pre-order item with other items that are in stock your full order will not ship until your pre-order item(s) arrive in stock. If you do not want the full order to be held up for the pre-order item(s), please place a separate order for those items that are in stock.
Returns and Exchanges: We do accept returns that are in new and unopened condition, within 14 days of purchase. To return an item, please contact us first so that we can provide you with the appropriate steps for returns. All returns do have a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you decide you’d like to exchange an item you may do so without a restocking fee but you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
We work hard to ship the item safely, if you find any defects in your item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase so that we may exchange your purchase.
